Shilling Brewing Co is the first brewpub in the city centre of Glasgow. Our brew kit is in full view to the public and we dispense the freshest pint in Glasgow direct from our tanks above the bar. Brewing truly small batch beers allows us to tweak our recipes and experiment with different styles throughout the year.
To complement our range of house beers we have a draught range boasting beer from some of the best breweries in Scotland and from further afield. We also have handmade pizzas fired in our cupola oven to keep the hunger at bay.
