We also offer Conditioning classes and Flexibility classes for experienced polers and novices alike. We provide a range of classes for all skill levels to suit your fitness goals.

Owners and instructors Kirsten and Suzi come from a variety of fitness and dance backgrounds. They each share a common goal of making pole dance and fitness classes accessible to men and women of all ages and fitness backgrounds.
