Welcome to Yoga with Lucie: practice in tune with the changing seasons!
In the Southside & Online: Enjoy a mix of classes from shorter gentle or energising flows to longer classes that go deeper and challenge. I offer a range of practice from seasonal vinyasa flow yoga & qigong (like tai chi), prenatal nurture & postnatal parent & baby classes to breathwork, meditation and nidra, so body and mind are limber and calm. Classes develop each week throughout each season, keeping practice fresh. Tailored to the needs of the group, with plenty of options for all bodies! I look forward to welcoming you to class.

Tuesdays:
7.30-9.00pm: Seasonal Flow Yoga, Qigong & Enriched Rest
Thursdays:
9.45 - 10.45am: Flow to Glow Seasonal Yoga & Qigong. Ends with 15 minute pranayama / meditation / deep relaxation - these alternate weekly

Fridays:
7.00-7.45am: Rising Energy Seasonal Flow Yoga & Qigong
