Set to even bigger than last year, Glasgow Cocktail Weekend (GCW) will once again bring together Glasgow’s finest venues, delicious drinks, exciting parties and even bigger events to celebrate cocktails over four days.
Festival ticket holders will unlock special GCW menus across the city in over 30+ bars for over 100 unlimited discounted £5 cocktails. Official venues include the exotic basement oasis of Tiki on Bath St, dive bar The Dam in Merchant City, the sophisticated surroundings of So.LA and Finnieston favourite Rioja in the West End to name a few.
New for 2019, be prepared to have your mind blown and your senses awakened in the jewel of the crown of this year’s Glasgow Cocktail Weekend - their Cocktail Kingdom. As well as exploring 100 signature £5 cocktails across Glasgow, ticket holders will enjoy one 2.5 hour captivating and fun session within their beautiful Cocktail Kingdom set in the iconic background of the Argyle St Arches.
Each Cocktail Kingdom session will offer ten fun interactive tasting activations, ten free cocktail samples from their pop-up cocktail bars and masterclasses with bartending legends. There will also be wood-fired pizza and delicious street food on offer, live entertainment and a luxurious Cocktail Lounge for you to kick back with your squad. You can also expect a few other Insta-worthy surprises to create the perfect day out.
2019 TICKETS
There are two tickets on offer this year, a ‘Cocktail Explorer’ at £5 which unlocks 100 unlimited different discounted £5 Cocktails in venues across the city and some exciting events alongside an ‘All Access GCW’ ticket at £10.
Their ‘All Access GCW’ tickets are for the ultimate cocktail lovers and let you enjoy everything on offer from Glasgow Cocktail Weekend. This limited ticket unlocks the benefits of the Cocktail Explorer ticket and £5 cocktails in your favourite bars, plus one fun 2.5 hour Cocktail Kingdom session, ten free cocktail samples, masterclasses and a few surprise extras that are invite-only. What a bargain!
