Glasgow Winterfest will host two Christmas Markets in St Enoch Square and George Square this festive season... it's a winter wonderland right in the heart of the city!

About Glasgow Christmas Markets

Following the overwhelming success of last year, Glasgow Winterfest is returning for its second year, bringing a spectacular celebration of the season to the heart of the city. This year's Winterfest promises even more entertainment and family-friendly fun at both George Square and St. Enoch Square, starting in November and running throughout January.

Whether you're looking for the perfect present or just want to soak in the festive atmosphere, Glasgow Winterfest 2024 is set to be a highlight of the season. Make sure to visit George Square and St. Enoch Square to be part of this unforgettable event, filled with excitement, festive lights, and plenty of seasonal delights.


Glasgow Christmas Market at George Square

Glasgow Winterfest at George Square will be open from Saturday 23rd November to Sunday 5th January
Monday to Friday: 11am - 10pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10am - 10pm

George Square will once again be transformed into a stunning winter festival, featuring an array of thrilling attractions such as:
80m Drop Tower / Booster Maxx / Carousel / Wave Swinger / Helter Skelter / Santa’s Train / Kids Carousel / Big Wheel / Ice Rink

Food lovers can enjoy a variety of delicious treats, including Grilled dishes, Salt & Chilli specialities, Yorkshire Pudding, and more. Sweet options such as Churros and freshly made Crepes will also be available to indulge your cravings.


Glasgow Christmas Market at St Enoch Square

Glasgow Winterfest at St Enoch Square will be open from Saturday 9th November to Sunday 29th December
Monday to Thursday and Sunday: 11am - 9pm
Friday and Saturday: 11am - 10pm

Over at St. Enoch Square, expect even more exciting attractions, including:
Star Flyer / Santa’s Runaway Train / Grinch Train / Kids Carousel

Visitors will be able to enjoy a wide variety of food and drink, from comforting Mac & Cheese and Fries to festive Pancakes, Churros, and Waffles.


In addition to the rides and food, both venues will host a range of artisan gift stalls where visitors can shop for handcrafted decorations, jewellery, cosy clothing, and other unique gifts. Whether you're looking for the perfect present or just want to soak in the festive atmosphere, Glasgow Winterfest 2024 is set to be a highlight of the season.
