Cloud Water Zen Group are holding an 'Introduction to Zen Buddhism' workshop covering the basics of Zen teaching and practice on Saturday 15th March.

This half-day introductory workshop outlines basic ideas connected with Buddhism and Zen and offers practical instruction in Zen Buddhist meditation. There is also an opportunity to try Zen meditation and time for questions, as well as help and guidance about how to continue practising.
It is led by Sensei Karl Kaliski, a Zen teacher in the tradition of Philip Kapleau Roshi.
