Cloud Water Zen Group are holding an 'Introduction to Zen Buddhism' workshop covering the basics of Zen teaching and practice on Saturday 16th November.

About Introduction to Zen Buddhism

This half-day introductory workshop outlines basic ideas connected with Buddhism and Zen and offers practical instruction in Zen Buddhist meditation. There is also an opportunity to try Zen meditation and time for questions, as well as help and guidance about how to continue practising. If you're interested in finding out more about Zen Buddhism and trying it for yourself, this workshop is a great way to do that.

It is led by Sensei Karl Kaliski, a Zen teacher in the tradition of Philip Kapleau Roshi.

Places are limited so to reserve a place and for directions, just get in touch.
