Wear comfortable clothing that's easy to move in. We do not recommend heels. Try comfortable, supportive flats that are not too grippy on the sole (so you can spin) are best
What to Bring:
- Please bring your own water bottle. There is a sink where you can refill
- Bring friends or come yourself, you do not need a partner as we have partner rotation in our classes
- If you are new to the dance style, please arrive on time as we cover the basic footwork in the first 15 mins and you will need that in order to do the rest of the class.
Travel:
- Drivers, all parking south of Rose Street is free after 6pm. Please take care parking immediately around the venue as most of that is permit holders only
- Cowcaddens subway station is just a 2 minute walk from the venue
