Join me for a day devoted to self care, refilling the well, balancing our body, energy and instilling calm. We will emerge refreshed, connected, clear and deeply nourished.

A potent blend of Mindful Yoga, Qigong (tai chi), meditation, deep relaxation, massage, journalling, Nourishing Food and Nature in exquisite surroundings

Suitable for rusty yogis / little experience to experienced yogis / qigong practitioners

There is a small WhatsApp group to arrange car shares and I share any deep relaxation recordings afterwards
