Our next property masterclass is happening at The Village Hotel in Glasgow on Tuesday, 18th March!
Our Masterclass events offer you the opportunity to gain some valuable insights into a range of areas within the industry and make some brilliant connections in the Scottish property network, too!
Our guest speakers are:
> Tony Carrigan - Property Investor
Tony is a property investor based in Glasgow who got into the property game in 2023. Using the BRRR strategy, he has secured 6 properties for his portfolio, including serviced accommodation in St. Andrews worth £300k. Only dealing in off market deals, he has also purchased two flip projects and sourced on over 15 deals for other investors, all while still working full-time.
Tony will be talking about his property story so far through case studies, as well as what he has got going on currently in 2025. He will delve into how he runs Facebook ads and how to find off market deals organically using the platform.
> Lyndsay Yuill - Lettings Expert at RentLocally
Lyndsay is Sales Director of Rent Locally, a letting and property management agency covering a wide area of Scotland. She has a degree in Psychology and Business, is the host of the Edinburgh Property Investors Network, and is also on the Edinburgh Podcast Networking Team. Lyndsay also runs the Property Pals and Poppadoms networking event in West Lothian. Prior to this, she had a debt management company and a tenant referencing/insurance company.
At the event, Lyndsay will be providing a lettings market update, as well as discussing pending legislation and giving top tips for landlords.
> Billy Ernstzen - Sourcing Manager for Mears
Billy is the manager of the sourcing team for Mears in Scotland. Mears source properties from Landlords or Agents, offering them a guaranteed rental with fee free end to end property management.
Billy will be discussing what services they offer and showing some real examples of how they can help secure a guaranteed rent for the next 5 years.
Following their presentations, our guest speakers will be available to network, giving you the chance to quiz them on their areas of expertise. There will also be the opportunity to network with fellow attendees at the event so you can share your troubles and triumphs in property and ultimately learn from each other's experiences.
Our Property Masterclass event is FREE to attend; however, numbers are strictly limited, and spaces usually fill up fast, so make sure you reserve a ticket today to secure your place!
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
