VIETNAMESE TASTING MENU
Nem Nướng
A popular Vietnamese street food snack.
Chargrilled pork sausage summer rolls packed with fragrant herbs, cucumber and wrapped in
rice paper with a home-made hoisin and peanut dipping sauce.
Gỏi Xoài
A zingy green mango and prawn salad.
Sweet green mango, juicy king prawns and punchy herbs dressed with nước chấm.
Choux Bánh mì
Our take on the traditional banh mi sandwich.
Choux bun filled with marinated chicken, pickled cucumber, carrot and radish with sriracha
mayo.
Phở
No Vietnamese menu would be complete without a Phở.
Rare sealed sirloin in a traditional light beef bone broth with fresh herbs, beansprouts, red
onion and a spicy hoisin sauce.
Kem cà phê
A twist on Vietnamese coffee.
Ice cream made with coffee condensed milk and drizzled with an espresso syrup.
