Inspired by the flavours of The Dominican Republic and Cuba . Citation’s head chef has created a classic menu with some of his favourite flavours paired with a specially created cocktail menu.

The Caribbean inspired dinner has guests start the evening with a King Scallop Ceviche with bursts of citrus, chili and coriander. Tour round the Caribbean from the comfort of Glasgow with flavours of ginger, pineapple and mango.

Tickets are available now for £50.
