Meditation can sometimes seem difficult to master, regardless if you are a beginner or have been practising for many years. As a result the inner peace we long for eludes us and we can easily become discouraged or give up.
In fact meditation is a scientific method and with the right instructions and a small consistent effort everyone can benefit from meditation.
During this course we will review the basics of meditation so that we understand clearly what meditation is and how to meditate correctly. We will explore the common obstacles to meditation, such as dealing with distractions, discouragement and limiting habits of mind.
With the right attitude and the correct methods we can create a sustainable, nourishing meditation practice that is joyful, energizing and effective.
In this way your daily meditation practice can bring clarity to your life and become a source of inspiration, energy and mental freedom.
The course will include guided meditation, practical advice and time to answer any questions you may have about meditation. No previous experience is necessary.
