About Relax and Sleep Well
Insomnia is a common problem in today’s world and many things can interfere with our sleep. This 4 week meditation course will help us understand insomnia and how to work on overcoming it. Practising meditation on a regular basis allows us to regulate our minds and emotions. Little by little, we manage to eliminate mental disturbances and gradually generate a state of internal peace that is integrated into our daily routine so that our lifestyle itself helps us to sleep well.
