Boredom? What’s that? It doesn’t exist in Youth Circus holiday camps! Each day is crammed with aerial and acrobatic adventures, juggling, tightwire, trampoline and of course our famous FLYING TRAPEZE!
Never done anything like it before? No problem at all. If you’ve done nothing other than school PE lessons, you’ll discover a whole world of exciting things to do.
If you’ve already done dancing, gymnastics, acrobatics, parkour or trampoline, circus activities will actually develop those skills further, while you learn new arts.
As long as you’re aged between seven and 18, you’re in!
You’ll be amazed what you can do in just one lesson at Aerial Edge, Glasgow's Circus School. It has always been dedicated to developing people through circus, so instructors are experts at encouraging confidence and other life skills along with the ability to juggle and do flips and tricks on the tumble track or on the aerial equipment.
The activities are adjustable so that everyone can achieve cool aerial and acrobatic moves, step by step, with challenges at whatever level is ideal for your unique level and style. You can see videos on the Youth Circus page at www.aerialedge.co.uk
And what WILL you learn? Oh, ALL KINDS of awesome tricks, moves and sequences which mostly get you upside down dangling from a trapeze, hoop, rope or silks, or balancing upside down on the floor – or on top of other people!
You’ll come home joyful and jubilant. And screen time? That’ll have to wait. What's not to love about getting outside of your head and into the glorious fun of the most enjoyable physical activities out there.
Check out the video at www.aerialedge.co.uk to see what's on offer. We make sure there are enough teachers to split the students into small groups so that you get the support you need.
There’s a mini-showing on Friday afternoon so that family and friends can see what you’ve been doing.
It’s all done through having fun, and anyone can do it, regardless of age, experience, body type or other factors. If you think you’ll need some assistance, just drop a note to info@aerialedge.co.uk outlining your situation.
You can book specific days at £60 each or come for the whole week at £220 – that means you get a full day free AND you save another £20. Suitable for all abilities, ages 7-18. Parents can watch from the reception coffee area, or drop and go.
