Enjoy making some time for your wellness and join our free, friendly groups to top up your wellbeing, find inspiration in nature and a welcoming community!

Come along to any, or all of the activities:
10:30-11:45 nature activity indoors or walking group (weather dependant)
11:45-12:30 brunch and social time
12:30-13:30 relaxing arts & crafts
