About Menopause Yoga Classes
Take a Meno-Pause
Yoga for Peri/Menopuse in Glasgow City Centre.
These classes are for women at any age and stage of menopause.
Each class includes gentle yoga with therapeutic restorative poses, breath-work, meditation, a womens' circle & information sharing - offering a safe space where we can share, learn & support each other.
Taught by an accredited menopause yoga teacher.
Saturday 12th Nov 10.30am-12pm Yoga for hot flushes
Saturday 26th Nov 10.30am-12pm Yoga for anxiety & overwhelm
Saturday 10th December 10.30am-12pm Yoga for strength & empowerment
