Suitable for complete beginners, continuing students and those with some experience looking for more depth and detail in their Tai Chi & Qigong practice. The course is taught at an accessible level, in a structured & progressive manner.
Tai Chi & Qigong are holistic body, mind, breath and movement practices originating from Chinese martial arts, health cultivation and meditation exercises.
