What to expect in a typical Partner Yoga class:
A partner yoga class is full of fun, laughter, and playful movements. You and your partner will be instructed and shown how to do the poses by Jacks and her partner. A partner class helps improve the communication between partners as communication is key for you helping them feel comfortable in the postures. Pairs who join a partner class can enjoy a way to relieve stress together. These poses are specifically tailored to have you feeling relaxed, stretched, and full of joy as you use your partner get into deeper holds while nurturing your relationship.
What to expect in a typical Thai Body Massage class:
Thai body massage is meant to be simple and easy. You and your partner lie fully clothed on a mat on the ground while Jacks guides you through stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques to relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve flexibility and circulation. Thai massage is focused on improving the flow of energy throughout partners bodies.
A little about the teacher:
Jacks from Stress to Zen is a Certified 500hrYoga Teacher, Holistic Nutritionist, Health & Wellness Coach, Yoga Nidra + Meditation Practitioner, and Retreat Facilitator. During your time together, you're going to have some fun while also giving yourself some much needed time and attention. Jacks find immense joy, satisfaction and inspiration in seeing students discover their own personal yoga journey and is there to guide and encourage you along the way.
