The Celtic, trad and folk music worlds are gravitating towards Glasgow for this year’s Celtic Connections festival!
Saturday 4th February:
2.30pm - 3.20pm: Beginners
3.30pm - 4.20pm: Intermediate - Advanced
Studio 22: 22 Jamaica Street, Glasgow. (near Central Station)
Price: £10 per person, per workshop. (£5 children/students)
Percussive style Scottish step dance is a fun, active and social activity for all ages. Led by dancer Sophie Stephenson the workshops will cover a variety of traditional strathspey, jig and reel steps in a relaxed and informal context. Whether you are trying step dance for the first time or have danced before. Please bring a bottle of water and a pair of hard soled soles for dancing.
