Our Ninja club is at the core of our fundamental, movement-based activities. Ninja Club will introduce your child to all the fundamentals of movement, and various movement patterns, such as twisting and turning, hopping and skipping, falling and rolling, and timing and rhythm.
Everything you need to become a real ninja!!
We also have our Ninja awards, where your child will learn lots of skills, and gain stickers for their ninja poster!
Friday Night is Ninja Night!
FUNDAMENTALS: Primary 1 - 3/4. This stage focuses on learning fundamental movement skills and building overall motor skills.
Fundamental movement skills are the building blocks of success in sports and life-long enjoyment of physical activity and children who develop them are more likely to engage in activity both as children and later as adults.
At Movement Park varied movement is key.
This is a time when children are probably involved in a minor sports programme and have their first coach.
Unstructured play is encouraged throughout this stage.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
