Whether you wear bikinis or an all in one is more your thing, this class will give you the confidence to then go on and create your favourite swimwear styles!
This course is suitable for those who have completed the beginner's course or already have a bit of confidence with sewing. In this top you learn how to make a bikini top and reversible bottoms (time dependant!) so you can be beach ready for your summer holidays!
You will learn how to work with tricky stretch swimwear fabric and how to make rouleau ties. You'll also take home a bikini paper pattern for you to use again (and again?)! Not a fan of bikinis? Bring along any swimwear pattern and we can help guide you through it.
Sew Confident is a fun, social learning environment where peer support comes as standard! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BRING YOUR OWN SEWING MACHINE as machines are provided.
There will be an allocated lunch time so feel free to bring along something to eat or you can pop out to a nearby shop!
Shortly after booking we will contact you to give you a copy of the materials list.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
