Learn some wonderful tools and techniques of Kundalini Yoga to help fully accept this gift. To nurture it, release it and set your spirit free.

Each class explores a dynamic blend of breathwork, movement, mantra, meditation, sacred sound and relaxation.

Through this practice, you can experience benefits such as:

> Glandular and nervous system balance
> Increased stability and vitality
> Improved mental clarity and concentration
> Sharper senses and greater awareness

All welcome. No previous experience necessary. Not suitable during pregnancy.

Carolyn McTaggart is an experienced Kundalini Yoga, meditation and gong teacher based in Glasgow. She offers a welcoming space to connect, move, learn, love and heal - to find peace and harmony in mind, body and soul.
