This is an introductory weekend suitable for complete newcomers to tantra.
Many couples fall into a pattern of performative and repetitive sex which isn’t fulfilling, and which has an over focus on intercourse and orgasm. Tantra is the cure for this. It emphasises Conscious connection rather than performance, being rather than doing and thinks of sexuality not as a drive, but as an intrinsic part of our beauty and dignity as human beings.
