Nikita Lukinov is set to become a star of the future. Heralded for “magic of music-making at its finest” (Keyboard Charitable Trust) and praised as “Exceptional talent” (The Scotsman), Nikita Lukinov is one of the most exciting pianists of a younger generation residing in Scotland. In recent years he has performed as a soloist in the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, France, Poland, Croatia, Germany and Russia, appearing at Wigmore Hall, Usher Hall, Southbank Centre, Palau de la Música, Fazioli Hall, Verbier Festival and Tchaikovsky Conservatoire in Moscow.
He is 2023's winner of the Governors' Recital Prize at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and Nikita's recent performance for Melrose Music Society earned him this short and to the point review, "Nikita was absolutely superb yesterday, one of the best recitals we have ever had. He played three encores, and was simply astonishing."
