Late summer corresponds to the nurturing Earth element, as well as the stomach, spleen, pancreas and muscles. This is a powerful time for us to fully ripen and transform, using the last of summer’s bountiful energy.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Stomach channel helps you to receive the abundance of nature. The Spleen, on the other hand, takes what the Stomach has prepared and uses it to nourish the body’s cells. A healthy Spleen not only nourishes us at a physical level, but also makes sure that nourishment reaches our minds and spirits.

Join these classes to explore these natural gifts through movement, breathwork, sacred sound and meditation. All welcome.

Through this practice, we can experience benefits such as:

> Reduced stress and anxiety
> Glandular and nervous system balance
> Increased stability and vitality
> Improved mental clarity and concentration
> Sharper senses and greater awareness
> A shift in old patterns

Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring your own mat, bottle of water, a cushion/yoga block, light blanket if needed for comfort. All welcome. No previous experience necessary.

Carolyn McTaggart is an experienced Kundalini Yoga, meditation and gong teacher based in Glasgow. She offers a welcoming space to connect, move, learn, love and heal - to find peace and harmony in mind, body and soul.
