Yupin will introduce you to the lives, work and artefacts of people like John Dudgeon who gained in medicine from the University of Glasgow. He was born in the town of Galston in Ayrshire, Scotland on 7 April 1837 and spent nearly 40 years in China as a surgeon, translator, amateur photographer and medical missionary. This event offers an opportunity to hear the stories behind some of our collections.
Free tickets should be booked in advance via GMRCbookings@glasgowlife.org.uk
