Scotland’s unique character and cultures are rooted, quite literally, in the rocks that lie beneath our feet and under the sea. These rocks have directly influenced our landscapes, built heritage and industry, and are intrinsically linked with our sense of place.
The Scottish Geology Festival will give you the opportunity to learn about these incredible stories hidden within Scotland’s rocks – with events across the country, including guided walks, online talks, boat trips and geological exhibitions – there will be something for everyone to enjoy!
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
