This event will feature around 12 writers reading short extracts from their own work. There is also live music from the band Marigold, plus the screening of a short film. There are stalls selling books, magazines, totes & art.
Doors open at 7pm, event starts 7.30 prompt and finishes around 10.15pm. Afterwards, people can stay in the venue to socialise at the cheap bar and listen to our curated playlists. Our audiences are always multi-generational.
As much as anything this is a community event for people interested in writing, music, film and art. Everyone is welcome.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
