health throughout your pregnancy
2. Easing sore tight overworked muscles
3. Helping re-establish good posture
4. Breathing for calm and birth
5. Delicious deep relaxation to stock up on much needed rest
6. Bonus deep rest mp3 to snooze to at home restoring essential energy- napping game changer!
Open to all levels with options & adaptations for your level of practice/ pregnancy issues, complete newbies welcome!

Coming to class is a lovely way to meet other expecting mums
If you like class, there is the chance to join a 4 week block leading up to Christmas & be part of our new parents community.

WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a yoga mat, any yoga props, blanket and cushions for your comfort. A pregnancy sleeping pillow or bolster can be especially useful. Kit also available to borrow.
