Serina Marshall, Cinema Co-ordinator of the Kirky Picture Palace, said: "It's fantastic to be back home in Kirkintilloch Town Hall, where our magical movie adventures first began in October 2019.
"As well as blockbusters like Elemental and the latest instalment of the action-packed Mission: Impossible franchise, we're delighted to be showing a selection box of festive favourites – as chosen by our patrons.
"Many thanks to all our volunteers – without whom we couldn't run these popular events. If you have a passion for the pictures and want to join the team, please get in touch. We hope the community continues to support their cinema, which many people asked for as part of our consultations in recent years."
In the past, the Kirky Picture Palace has organised screenings in local schools and aims to expand that service, potentially including local community centres and more. If you have an enquiry about hiring the mobile cinema, email kirkyfilmhub@gmail.com
