Callum McSorley is one of the most exciting and innovative writers to have emerged in Scottish crime over recent years - in 2023 he was the recipient of the McIlvanney Prize at Bloody Scotland and his novel Squeaky Clean has been chosen multiple times as a book of the year. Centred around the dark deeds at a Glasgow carwash, its dark humour and brilliant writing has made a hit with readers.
