“They won’t fear it until they understand it. And they won’t understand it until they’ve used it.”
The 12th film from master director Christopher Nolan, Oppenheimer is an IMAX®-shot epic thriller that brings to life one of the most important moments in scientific and indeed human history. It thrusts audiences into the pulse-pounding paradox of the enigmatic man who must risk destroying the world in order to save it.
Oppenheimer is filmed in a combination of IMAX® 65mm and 65mm large-format film photography including, for the first time ever, sections in IMAX® black and white analogue photography.
Don't miss Oppenheimer on the biggest screen possible during awards season featuring an ensemble cast of the biggest and best acting talent working today.
Oppenheimer is being shown in IMAX Digital at Glasgow Science Centre. When projecting the IMAX-specific content, the image will be 60ft by 60ft with an approximate ratio of 1.89:1.
