As always the event will include an all-you-can-eat homemade cake table.
The night will also feature live music from the incredible Tenement Jazz Band.
The flavour of this Cake Hop will be all things New Orleans and Louisiana in celebration of Mardi Gras, so expect the music, drinks at the bar and even cakes to be on theme.
For anyone who hasn't learned to dance but would be looking to join in the fun, there will be a taster swing dance class at the start of the evening that will get you hopping in no time.
Schedule:
8.00pm: All Levels Taster Dance Class (suitable for beginners, no partner needed)
9.00pm: Dancing, live music from The Tenement Jazz Band & homemade cake
Booking via Glasgow Jitterbugs Dancecloud: glasgowjitterbugs.dancecloud.com
What to wear? Wear what you feel, get out your glad rags, especially those of the vintage type! Alternatively, dress as if you're about to march down Bourbon Street in a Mardi Gras parade, the crazier the better! There will be a prize for best-dressed.
Want to be crowned Mardi Gras King or Queen? Whoever's piece of King Cake contains the baby wins the crown! Don't know what we're talking about then join us to find out.
We look forward to seeing you there!
