These guided trail runs for runners (women and non-binary people) of different abilities who want to take their running off road, discover running routes near Glasgow or join a trail running group in Glasgow.
Free weekly sessions in Pollok Park (30-60 minutes) and seasonal longer guided trail runs around Glasgow.
