Take time out for yourself to cultivate inner clarity and calm through practising three types of breathing meditation on this relaxing weekend retreat.
Suitable for all levels of experience, and guided by Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Sherab, you are welcome to join us for a session, a day, or the whole weekend.
