Body donation for anatomy education/training can be emotive. Join Professor Paul M. Rea and hear about the history of anatomy, what body donation is, the legislation around it and the practicalities of donating your body. He will also discuss the benefits of the Body Donor Programme. Highlighting the benefits to training, education and research at the University of Glasgow, and how eternally grateful we are to our donors. It will also examine the wider applications body donation has in medical, dental, nursing and scientific training, and the societal benefits this has.
