About your instructor
Hey, I'm Jenny, a dedicated yoga teacher, pre and postnatal educator, and proud mum of three. With over a decade of experience, I'm passionate about guiding women through their motherhood journey. Through Mellow Mummas, I provide a nurturing space for mums to connect, heal, and thrive. Join me for Baby and Me Yoga, where I combine my expertise as a mum and yoga teacher to create a supportive environment for parents and babies to bond and grow together.
My Mum and Baby Yoga sessions are more than just yoga – they're a chance for connection, and growth for both you and your little one. Guided by years of experience in yoga instruction and motherhood, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Together with Katie from Connected Chiropractic, I've carefully curated baby yoga sequences that promote your baby's physical and cognitive development.
