Singing is amazing for our health and wellbeing. The act of singing can help to create social connection, improve our immune system, improve memory, reduce stress and boost confidence.
Music is a wonderful way to boost feel good hormones, meet new friends and a way to reminisce, to share joy and to lift our mood.
Join Lynne for this Community Singing Class as she creates a relaxed and fun environment for you to enjoy using your voice and sing together.
Lynne uses popular songs as well as tunes from other countries and cultures, that can be learned easily but that bring maximum enjoyment.
Sessions include a wee cuppa and a catch-up for half an hour before singing, a gentle physical and vocal warm up, clapping, call and response and easy singing songs with the opportunity to request your favourites!
Booking recommended to secure your spot!
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
