As dusk falls, danger looms… are you brave enough to join us? Prepare to be terrified at this screening of an American horror classic in the haunting setting of Glasgow’s oldest building, with a spine-tingling soundtrack from Odeon Leicester Square’s world-renowned organist, Donald MacKenzie.
Paramount’s Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde petrified audiences at its premiere and, over 100 years later, this silent film adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s famous novella is no less chilling. As a monstrous alter-ego reveals itself, the might of our 140-year-old pipe organ drags you into a world of insidious evil. From moments of thoughtful introspection to gruesome acts that shake the very foundations of the vast, gothic cathedral, this is a thriller experience far beyond what any cinema can offer.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
