Sgòrr, a new band formed in Glasgow who play traditional Scottish Music as well as their own compositions, will play The Loft at Malones on Tuesday 13th August!
About Sgòrr
We take inspiration from bands such as Mec Lir, Skipinnish, Rura and Daimh.
Camron MacPhail (Highland Bagpipes) from Kilmartin, who attended Oban High School of Traditional Music and currently studies at the RCS.
Rachel Henderson (Fiddle & Gaelic Song) from Elgol, Skye, who attended Plockton Music School and is currently studying at RCS.
Owen Stark (Drum Kit) from Auchtermuchty, Fife, who attended Plockton Music School and is currently studying at Riverside Music College.
Ali MacQuarrie (Guitar) from Inverness, studying at RCS and plays in Cala, nominated for Up and Coming Artist of the Year at the Trad Awards.
