A big aim for a small charity but we believe we are on the right path to lead our population to better metabolic health. At our conference we will be talking about heart disease, diabetes and dementia as well as longevity and we have some amazing speakers lined up for you. You will learn how you can use real food and lifestyle changes to prevent and reverse chronic disease and optimise health. We bring you the up to date science along with practical things you can do to make a difference. Whether you are a professional or a member of the public we want to empower you, inspire you and educate you so that you can change your life or those of the people you support.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
