Professor Roger Crofts FRSGS: Whither Nature

About Professor Roger Crofts FRSGS: Whither Nature

Environmental policy-maker Roger asks what nature means to us, at home or further afield, including humans or not. He tells how humans have misused and impacted on nature. He considers the role of politicians, multinationals corporations, and environmental charities in controlling our thinking. Finally, he remains optimistic and suggests that we need to do things differently: ‘business unusual’. He proposes a Nature Charter for Scotland, mimicking nature to restore past damage, and encouraging everyone to experience the outdoors.
