The Wee Retreat invites you to an Afternoon of Mindfulness- an opportunity to pause, breathe and bring some stillness to your day while gently exploring some of the main aspects of the tradition.
Retreats include meditation practice, teaching and mindful enquiry on each theme as well as periods of silence.
This month's theme is Gratitude -
Through guided meditation and reflection, we’ll explore how appreciating the present moment and acknowledging life’s small joys can bring greater happiness, resilience, and peace. Learn simple techniques to cultivate gratitude in daily life, helping to shift perspective, reduce stress, and deepen your sense of wellbeing. A warm and welcoming space for all.
Suited to those with some experience of Mindfulness meditation however all are welcome to attend.
Concession price available for anyone who would find the standard price a barrier to booking. If finances are a barrier to you joining us, please get in touch at info@theweeretreat.co.uk
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
