We experience anger, frustration, and disappointment daily. These negative minds create difficulties in our relationships both at home and at work, destroying our mental peace and even affecting our health. Anger can take many forms, from mild irritation to uncontrolled rage, but it is always harmful to our happiness and peace of mind.
In this course, we will examine how anger arises and why it is so dangerous. We will also look at how to diminish our frustration and sense of disappointment. Buddha’s teachings give us proactive methods to prevent anger from arising and to channel our thoughts in a more constructive direction, showing us how to transform our painful emotions so we can live more peaceful and fulfilling lives.
