The frightfully fun celebration will take over Glasgow’s famous multi-arch venue for a hair-raising one-off event on Saturday 26th October from 12:30 pm to 15:00 pm.
The spooky fun includes party games, monster disco, and plenty of ghostly activities even the adults will want to join in. The highly anticipated annual costume parade is back from the dead, with best-dressed prizes to be won - so make sure you dress up! Whether haunting or hilarious, make sure your little zombies, ghosts, and cartoon characters are ready to strut their stuff.
The kids will be wishing it was Halloween every month, with fun continuing throughout Platform on the day with free face painting and devilishly good Halloween crafts on offer. Let the little ones’ imaginations run wild as they unleash their creativity in spooky projects including witchy arts and wicked crafts. There’s truly something for everyone to explore!
When the kids have worked up an appetite, Platform’s in-house, award-winning kitchen is on hand to serve up tasty dishes to suit even the pickiest of eaters, with all the classic favourites, and ice cream sandwiches for the little ones with a sweet tooth. Not to mention, the adults will love the delicious global small plates, made with the finest and freshest local produce.
The memory-making day will be soundtracked to spine-tingling tunes from the audience-favourite BeBop Bairns, who will have kids showing off their best dance moves at the interactive monster disco. Taking place under the famous red brickwork and giant mirror balls synonymous with Glasgow’s legendary venue, Platform is the place to be this Halloween for families.
For those looking to book a day of ghoulish Halloween fun tickets cost £8 for adults, £9 for children, and babies go completely free.
If you can’t make this spooktacular celebration, do not fear, as Platform has plenty more family fun lined up with pizza-making sessions running on the last Sunday of every month. Gather your little chefs and loved ones and allow Platform’s friendly pizza chef to guide you on a day full of flavour.
Kids can handpick all of their favourite toppings to ensure their pizza is one they’re proud of. Pizzas include classic margherita, fiery pepperoni, savoury salsiccia, and earthy funghi; even the fussy eaters are sorted! Not to mention, a delicious ice cream to satisfy those cravings, all complimentary within the £10 ticket price. Face-painters will also ensure fantasies are fulfilled and kids can become their favourite superhero, animal, or character for a day.
