We will also discuss different beliefs on life after death.
We will end this special evening with ghost (or tales of spirits) stories from different cultures.
Light vegetarian refreshments are provided.
Our Interfaith Conversation Café aims to encourage interfaith dialogue, awareness, and understanding by uniting people from different religious traditions, spiritual, or humanist beliefs in conversation over light refreshments. The conversation café will be a space where participants feel safe, fully engaged, and open to listening to and learning from each other. We hope to provide a platform that gives participants a chance to meet people from another faith or belief background, or none, in an informal, creative, and yet meaningful way.
Please note that our Interfaith Conversation Cafe: The Death Cafe is not a therapy session or bereavement support; rather, it’s a safe space to allow participants from diverse backgrounds to share their beliefs, thoughts, and experiences regarding life and death.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
