Are you struggling with menopause symptoms and looking for support?
Would you like to understand menopause better so you can take control of your life again?
Then come along and find out how to manage all things Menopause at our 1 day Menopause Harmony Awareness Training Day.
Meet like minded women as we discuss the following:
Training includes:
> Menopause Mindfulness
> Menopause Health
> Menopause Food
> Menopause Psychology
We end our day with a Sound Bath and Meditation session with Jodi from Lovemore Therapies.
Come along and meet some other like- minded ladies like you that are also
looking to gain more insight. We are all in it together so let’s support and learn from one another!
Lunch is included.
