As we approach winter our natural inclination is to draw inwards and pull towards our yin, restful states. However, often we’re drawn outwards in very yang ways with pressure to get things done by the end of the year. This can create imbalance between yin and yang, Kidney and Heart, in the body.
Join this seasonal workshop blending Kundalini Yoga and Qigong to transition from autumn to winter.
At the core of Traditional Chinese Medicine lies the delicate balance between yin and yang: feminine and masculine, coolness and warmth, darkness and light, rest and movement, water and fire.
The Heart and Kidney organs are key during this time, representing fire and water, respectively.
Balancing these energies helps to harmonise emotions and fortify vitality, essential as we move into colder months.
Come along to experience embodied movement, breathwork, meditation and a vibrational soundscape to nurture your inner warmth and resilience. Perfect for embracing the season’s shift while staying grounded and vibrant.
Everyone is welcome. No previous experience necessary.
WHAT TO BRING
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring your own mat, bottle of water, a cushion/light blanket for comfort. Not suitable during pregnancy.
