2025 is a significant year for shedding, rebirth and transformation. The energy of 9 (2+0+2+5=9) represents a turning point ahead of a new chapter. Will it be a year of mystery or mastery?
The subtle body, the 9th light body of consciousness, is the guardian of spirit, health and life. It represents a layer of being that extends beyond the physical. It allows us to tap into intuition, to tune into things that are not immediately seen or felt.
Refining the subtle body will help sharpen your perception and engage with life more profoundly. It can help you live in harmony with yourself and others, promoting clarity in decision-making and a strong connection to your inner wisdom.
Come along to experience embodied movement, breathwork, meditation and a vibrational soundscape to connect to the subtle you. Whether you’re a newcomer or an experienced yogi, gaining insight into the subtle body can enrich your understanding of yourself and more!
Everyone is welcome. No previous experience necessary.
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Studio mats available but you may prefer to bring your own. Bring a bottle of water, a cushion/light blanket for comfort. Not suitable during pregnancy.
About the teacher:
Carolyn McTaggart is an experienced Kundalini Yoga, meditation and gong teacher based in Glasgow. She offers a welcoming space to connect, move, learn, love and heal - to find peace and harmony in mind, body and soul.
