International award-winning comic, RAY BRADSHAW shas toured the UK as John Bishop’s handpicked support act, having previously toured with Frankie Boyle. Ray was the first comedian to ever win a Scottish Culture Award and is a regular guest host of Breaking The News and Off the Ball.
Ray’s clever, charming and very funny comedy has received critical acclaim from critics and fans alike.
“Bradshaw is raucously funny … captivating, funny and sharply executed“ - Broadway Baby
“Has a clear comedy gift" - Edinburgh Evening News
“Funny and fascinating… one in six of us will lose our sense of hearing. Deaf Comedy Fam proves it doesn’t mean you have to lose your sense of humour” - Scotsman
“I grinned from ear to ear for the entire hour" - Voice Magazine
Ray is a CODA (like in the Oscar winning film) and grew up with deaf parents. All of his shows are performed in both BSL and English, with Deaf Comedy Fam becoming the first ever live comedy experience for more than 800 deaf audience members. The show went on to win the Innovation Award at the Adelaide Fringe 2018 and was nominated for Best Comedy at Perth Fringe.
Opening the show, Cumbernauld's favourite son JACK TRAYNOR is one of the fastest rising stars in Scottish comedy.
"Scarily good" Daniel Sloss
Resident compere PADDY LINTON is fast becoming one of the most sought after MCs on the Scottish scene.
“It was genuinely exciting watching Paddy... made me remember why I love comedy" Darren Connell
